WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE?

First let me tell you what the Objective is not.

The Objective is not an event. The Objective is not a seminar. The Objective is not a marketing ploy.

It is a movement.

A movement of Artists, Songwriters, Producers, Media and other music industry personnel who have determined to be deliberately "mission minded" with their lives, their talents and their time to equip members of the Creative Arts in using their gifts, skills and abilities for the Cause and Kingdom of Jesus Christ. A movement consisting of those who understand that the Gospel is a Message, not a market.

Have you ever truly considered the Power of music?
We speak not in regards to the ability music has to affect sentiment or emotion and certainly not it's marketing appeal as a product to be merely bought or sold. We speak in regards to the incredible power music has to inspire great passion; to bring peace where only conflict existed; to communicate directly to the heart of the listener in a way that words alone never could. We speak in regards to our convictions that there is something very special, very supernatural - even beyond our full understanding - about the precious gift and expression that is music.

If you consider yourself a musician know that you have been given a very powerful gift of communication in this ability to express a Message. What will you do with that gift? Some will sell it as a product - others will wield it like a sword. Still, many will reduce it to simply entertainment; denying any message at all... reducing their music to pretty noise or a clanging cymbal... meaningless. What Message will your music carry?

We live in historic times. The Industry that has reduced the Creative Arts to simply a commodity is crumbling to the ground. From these ruins will arise a new generation of artists not content in squandering their gifts for a self serving economic strategy or a self gratifying vice. This new generation of Artists instead will strive and purpose to seek first another Kingdom. It is their art that will carry the Message this broken planet so desperately needs to hear. This Message will bring the "Hope" that does not disappoint, the "Change" that lasts long after the hype and fervor of an emotional experience has faded. It will be these Artists that are raised up during this Renaissance that will be the Messengers that will change the world! Will you be a part of this Renaissance?
